Maintenance and troubleshooting tips for keeping your Genevac® Evaporator in good order:
Pre-heat evaporation chambers to avoid solvent condensation within the evaporator
Use higher control pressure to avoid waste solvent reflux
If you fail to reach the desired pressure in the appropriate time, make sure that your condenser jar is fitted properly
If your inert gas supply pressure is too high, reset the inert gas supply pressure regulator
f your inert gas supply pressure is too low, check your gas supply, then reset the inert gas supply pressure regulator
To avoid TFA creep, inspect your lamp gas at regular intervals and clean with a lint free cloth and acetone
