Troubleshooting tips for your Eppendorf® centrifuges:
If the lid isn’t opening, make sure that the rotor isn’t still running and that the power source is still functional
If the centrifuge isn’t starting, make sure that the lid is closed
If the centrifuge is shaking when it starts up, the rotor is loaded asymmetrically. Stop the centrifuge, and load the rotor symmetrically
Make sure to clean your rotor and rotor chamber every 200 runs
